After more than a decade in the bar and restaurant industry, founder Christopher Rochon saw the same pattern: non-alcoholic options were treated as an afterthought. Yet as cocktail culture evolves and more people cut back on alcohol or omit it completely, expectations for mindful, elevated drinks are rising fast.

So.Bar was created to meet that shift. Our premium, pre-batched zero-proof cocktails deliver the same care, balance, and complexity as high—end drinks—crafted for operators who want to offer more. Each batch (4 700ml bottles) yields $8–$16 cocktails at just $3–$6 per serve, outperforming traditional cocktails while elevating the guest experience.
