Hi, my name is Christopher Rochon, and after 11 years in the bar and restaurant industry, I’ve seen one thing again and again: most “non-alcoholic” drink options are uninspired—sodas, juices, or sugar-heavy mocktails that feel like an afterthought. Meanwhile, more and more guests—especially Gen Z and Millennials—are choosing to drink less or not at all. How the process works for the business owner
Step 1 ~
We work together to either come up with new drinks or you select drinks from our samples and modify if you like.
Step 2 ~
We help you design a whole new menu or figure out how we can add them to you already existing menu. Then we send off our project to the printers, and deliver with you first order.
Step 3 ~
Together, we schedule a day and time on a weekly basis for So.Bar to come though and prepare the beverages in your facility using our ingredients and tools to ensure that everything is legal for consumption.
